Voyageurs National Park Responds to CDC Recommendations

Voyageurs National Park will remain open for visitors year-round. However, as of March 19, 2020, the Rainy Lake Visitor Center and Park Headquarters will be closed until further notice.

Voyageurs National Park prioritizes the health and safety of visitors, employees, volunteers, and partners of the park and are working with the federal, state, and local authorities to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation. Guests will be notified when full operations resume online at nps.gov/voya and on social media channels.  The Park Headquarters office will remain open for calls and inquires by phone, email, and shipping deliveries only.

VNPA and Voyageurs National Park encourage visitors to get outdoors and experience the park. Spending time in Voyageurs National Park offers an opportunity to participate in social distancing, while enjoying the health benefits of nature.
