A special brewery event for friends and future friends of Voyageurs National Park.

Come enjoy a presentation about moose, a special Voyageurs brew, National Parks games, an outdoor-themed silent auction, and door prizes - all while helping raise friends and funds for Voyageurs National Park Association.

Meet fellow park lovers, or learn about taking your first trip to Voyageurs - we'll have maps and resources to plan your summer trip.

6:00 PM - The Aquatic Moose
Joseph Bump, Associate Professor, Gordon W. Gullion Endowed Chair in Forest Wildlife Research & Education at the University of Minnesota Moose are uniquely adapted to use aquatic habitats and do so for multiple reasons. How are moose uniquely adapted to feed underwater? Why do moose use lakes, ponds, and wetlands? Are the water bodies affected? How do moose link water and land? From this talk you'll hear the latest what, why, and how when it comes to moose and aquatic foraging.

This event is free for Voyageurs National Park Association members, with a suggested donation of $10 for nonmembers. There will be additional opportunities to join and donate at the event.
