Nature at Nine

Gather by Harriet Alexander Nature Center’s fireplace for our series for adults. On the second Wednesday of every month at 9:00 AM, HANC opens early for coffee and conversation on a different nature topic. No expertise needed; each casual session will include a presentation and space for discussion. Basic coffee and tea options will be provided.

Discover the natural and cultural wonders that shape every experience at Voyageurs National Park. Voyageurs Conservancy staff will highlight the stories of the park’s landscape, waters, Ojibwe homelands, Voyageurs and the fur trade, wildlife, and the many people connected to this place. Learn how these treasures guide our work in youth education, scientific research, and community connection – and explore the many ways you can help protect and celebrate Minnesota’s national park.
