Community Engagement

The Voyageurs Conservancy works to increase awareness of Voyageurs National Park. Our vision is that Voyageurs is a celebrated National Park locally and nationally, enjoyed and supported by a large and diverse community, leaving its wild character unimpaired for future generations.

Media and Tourism Relations

The Voyageurs Conservancy is building a strong bridge between the park through media and tourism outlets such as Explore Minnesota, More Than Just Parks, and Conde Naste Traveler. We recently assisted with media stories by the Star Tribune, Kare 11, and BBC Travel.

LoveYourPark Initiative

Love Your Park engages families and people of all ages, abilities, and skill levels to recreate and connect to the park. Programming is community-based and include guided hikes and winter snowshoe hikes, volunteer work days, “how to” workshops, and special speakers and performances. Through this effort, we hope to instill a strong conservation ethic

Voyageurs Artwork Series

The Voyageurs Conservancy commissioned renowned landmark artist Mark Herman to create a special Voyageurs art print series. We believe artwork connects individuals to the park’s unparalleled landscape. Do you have photos, videos, or artwork of the park you’d like to share? We’d love to hear from you at info@voyageurs.org
