Notice: MPCA Board to Decide on Regional Haze Plan
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) Citizen’s Board will meet on October 27th, 2009 to request approval to submit Minnesota’s Revised Regional Haze State Implementation Plan (SIP) to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Voyageurs National Park Association submitted a petition in collaboration with the Friends of the Boundary Waters Wilderness, Minnesota Center for Environmental Advocacy, and National Parks Conservation Association.
