Proposed Rule Change Now Open For Comment

The Department of the Interior is now accepting public comments on the proposed rule change regarding loaded gun possession in national parks and national wildlife refuges. If amended, the new regulations would reflect state laws, allowing the possession of loaded firearms inside the national park areas and national wildlife refuges of most states.
